Take Care. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn and in the same condition that you received it. Original tags must be included in return, and if you are able, please include the receipt so we can quickly and efficiently process your return!
Damaged Items: We do our best to quality check all of our items, but if you receive a damaged item let us make it up to you!
Damaged item reports must be made within 3 days of receiving the garment, if it has been more than 3 days, we will not be able to replace the item.
Original tags must still be attached to the damaged garment and we must be informed of the damage/defect before the garment is worn.
If it has been within the 3 day period, we will cover return shipping costs as well as replace the garment.
Out of stock: Due to an unforeseen event, the item you ordered may have become out of stock and no longer available. If an item in your order does become unavailable, you will receive a refund notification. If your order contains additional items, these items will still be shipped to you and the unavailable item will be removed from your order followed by a refund for the unavailable item. The refund is automated from our system
IKT is not responsible for the following:
Delays with UPS, FedEx or USPS delays.
International duties or customs charges.
Products that are lost or damaged in the mail. FedEx, USPS or UPS will be responsible once we ship the package.
Once the package is marked delivered by USPS, FedEx or USPS you will need to contact whichever carrier was responsible for your package to obtain any information. Once the package has left our facility we are no longer held responsible.
