1. Remove the plastic piece from inside the lid, replace the wooden lid, and rotate to wet the wood.
2. The fragrance will disperse through the wood, and you may need to carefully rotate the bottle periodically to re-wet the wood and refresh the fragrance.

What is your Return Policy?
We always try our best to ensure you’re 100% satisfied with your purchase, but we understand that sometimes things just don’t work out. Below is the 411 if you would like to return an item:
- The customer is responsible for paying all shipping costs on returns.
- Items marked FINAL SALE may not be returned, refunded or exchanged.
- All returns/exchanges must be done within 30 days of order receipt with all tags attached to the item.
- Items must be unwashed and unworn. If items appear worn, have makeup or other stains, excessive pet hair, or smell of smoke or perfume, your return WILL NOT be accepted and will be returned to you at your expense.
- NON-RETURNABLE: Final sale items include - Accessories (Jewelry, hats, scarves, purses, belts, etc.) Bodysuits, swim wear, sale items, sunglasses, Brumates, Swig items and beauty products
- Shoes must be returned in their original box or bag provided and placed inside an additional protective shipping safe box/bag to be eligible. If there is any damage to the original package, your return will not be accepted.
- Damages must be reported within 3 days of receiving merchandise. We do our best to quality check all of our items, but if you receive a damaged item let us make it up to you! Original tags must still be attached to the damaged garment and we must be informed of the damage/defect before the garment is worn. - IKT Boutique reserves the right to charge a flat $15.95 restock fee for excessive returns. This pertains to a return rate over 75%.
- IKT Boutique reserves the right to terminate accounts in its sole discretion.
How do I return my merchandise?
- Head to shopikt.com and scroll to the bottom of the site and select "Returns Center" to start your return!
- Enter your email and order number and begin!
When will my return be processed?
- We typically process all returns within 3-5 business days. Once processed, you will receive an email showing it has been completed. We appreciate your patience around the holidays. Please record your tracking information to check when it arrives back to our facilities.

IKT does not offer price adjustments on previously purchased items.
IKT is not responsible for the following: Delays with UPS, FedEx or USPS delays. International duties or customs charges. Products that are lost or damaged in the mail. FedEx, USPS or UPS will be responsible once we ship the package. Once the package is marked delivered by USPS, FedEx or USPS you will need to contact whichever carrier was responsible for your package to obtain any information. Once the package has left our facility we are no longer held responsible. Please reach out to the carrier directly before reaching out to us if there is a problem with your tracking number or package delivery.
